December Vacation Days
I will be out of the office starting Friday, December 21st
until the end of the year. Michelle will be here covering for me. Our offices
are closed Christmas Day, of course.
Smoking on the Lanais
I have received some complaints about owners smoking on
their lanais and flicking their ashes and cigarette butts down which is hitting
the 3rd floor lanais, especially the 04 stack in the west tower.
Blue Ray DVD Player
Larry and Lana Ziegler donated a Blue Ray DVD Player to
North Star. We will be hooking it up in the theater here shortly.
Reminder
The back gate codes will be changing next Monday. The email
with the code was sent out Monday November 26th.
Chaise Lounges
The Board has requested the cleaning of the chaise lounges
at the pool that was scheduled for next Tuesday to be rescheduled so it does
not interfere with the lanai cleaning. As soon as I can get this rescheduled,
I will let everyone know.
