Elevator
Elevator One in the West tower is out of service. The part
has been ordered and it will be installed tomorrow morning.
West Tower Cabana AC
The AC company is here today and will be replacing the motor
for the AC in the West Tower Cabanas. If you experience any more problems with
the AC in the cabanas, please let me know.
Window Washing and Weep Hole Clean Out
September 18th to the 21st The Clean
Up Group will be here to clean out the weep holes in the window frames. In the last few weeks, the
weep holes have been getting clogged so, to prevent damage to any units, they
will be cleaning the weep holes out on Tuesday and Wednesday. You will notice
water streaks on your window for a day or two as all the
water drains. Clean Up Group will be back
Thursday and Friday to clean the windows. Any questions regarding this, please
let me know.
