Parking Spots – Lights Out
We have three lights out in the garage in the East Tower.
This Thursday they will be replaced but we need to make sure these spots are
left vacant on that day. I have already contacted the owners of these spots but
wanted to make sure it was put in the blog since in the past we have had owners
not park in their correct spots.
The two spots are P-015 and P-060. The third light is by the
lobby doors on the second floor garage.
Clubhouse/Lobby Tile
The janitorial company will be professionally cleaning the
tile and grout in the clubhouse (1st floor) and both tower lobbies
(inside and outside – leading to the garage). The schedule for the tile
cleaning is:
Clubhouse – Sunday August 5th from 8 AM to 12 PM
– excluding the kitchen and hallway to the East Tower Garage
Clubhouse Kitchen and Hallway to East Tower Garage – August
1st from 8 AM to 10 AM
West Tower Lobby – July 31st from 10 AM to 11:30
AM
East Tower Lobby – July 31st from 8 AM to 9:30 AM
Building Repairs
We are on the schedule for the guys to be here tomorrow
morning to paint the areas that were repaired on the outside of the building
last week, weather permitting of course.
Mosquitos
A request has been put in to the Lee County Mosquito Control
to spray for Mosquitos since there has been an increase in the mosquitos with
the latest rains we have received. LCMC said they will evaluate our area for
treatment. If I hear anything more, I will include it in the blog.
