Gym and Aerobics Room
I am very sorry to inform you, but the gym and aerobic room
have been affected by the water intrusion more than what was first expected. We
are therefore having to “close down” these two rooms. FireService has air
movers and dehumidifiers that need to remain where they are to allow everything
to dry properly. We have also had to remove some of the affected hardwood
floors which creates an unlevel floor. We have found where the problem is
coming from and the company was able to make it out this afternoon to see how
to correct the problem. I apologize for this inconvenience and will keep all
homeowners updated on the progress of the work.
