During Business Hours and After Hours Service
During Business hours, if you have a questions or issue, please call the North Star Office at 239-656-1430. After hours, for property emergencies, please call 239-947-4552. On the answering machine there is a number to call for the on call manager. If for some reason you are not able to get in touch with the on call manager you can call Security at 239-961-8923 and they will get in touch with me. If you are a tenant and having an issue with something inside you unit, please get in touch with your rental agent or owner of the unit. Just a reminder, Property Management, Concierge and Sales will be closed Monday September 5th in observance of Labor Day.
AC Units
We have received a few calls regarding AC units not working. Most of the time it is from the batteries in the thermostat. To replace the batteries, remove the thermostat off the wall and replace the batteries on the back side of the thermostat.
Back Gate Codes
Just a reminder, the back gate codes will be changing Monday, September 5th. If you did not get an email with the code, please contact security at 239-961-8923.
East Tower Elevator
Elevator 5 in the east tower is not in service at this time. Parts have been ordered and once they come in they will be installed and the elevator will be back in service.
